Nominations will be judged by an independent panel of judges, collectively representing expertise in all Award categories. The nominees will be judged on the excellence of their contributions to Greater Sudbury. Achievement, commitment, effort, impact, originality and overall vision will be the key considerations. Our
objective is to keep the criteria simple and rely heavily on the expert judging panel to make the best decisions. There are so many ways to contribute.

Eligibility:

All Greater Sudbury residents, businesses and organizations are eligible.
Self-nominations are encouraged.
Must be established in the community for a minimum of 3 years.

Nominators will be asked to provide the following information:

A completed nomination form.

 Include highlights of specific initiatives and achievements, outlining their impact on the Greater Sudbury community.

 A 300-500 word summary of the nominee's achievements in the category they have been nominated for.

 Detail any awards, honours and other special recognition given to the nominee for efforts in building our community.

 Two letters of recommendation in support of the nomination.

 Two unbound copies of the full nomination package.
